Safety

That starts with the extra measures we’ve taken to ensure the safety and health of our customers and our BFX team.  We’re following government and health authority advice and we’re taking extra steps to keep our factory and office here on the Sunshine Coast clean and hygienic. Ditto for our showrooms in each state.

Service

To ensure you continue to receive the full service you expect from BFX, we’ll continue to offer consultations with our professional sales and project team – by phone, video conference, through our website or onsite with all the necessary precautions until the authorities advise otherwise. 
We’ll work with you, whatever your choice.

Supply

BFX holds good stocks across most of our product range and our factory here in Australia, while now committed until May, has plenty of capacity beyond then.
Our import supply chain is also resuming full functionality as the impact of the coronavirus in those countries washes through. 
We’ve taken extra steps to maintain BFX’s premium delivery and placement service.

Savings

Like many businesses, the drop in the exchange rate for the Aussie dollar is having a big impact.  At BFX, we’re also sensitive to the increasing pressures that our customers are already under.  So, for the time being, we have committed to holding our recommended retail prices at current levels.  We’ll have to keep a sharp eye on that, but we recognise that we’re all in this challenge together.

The Australian Government has also announced a stimulus package that may provide you further help to fund your project.
