BFX operates a network of trucks and works trusted 3rd party logistics companies to ensure we always can provide the most cost effective and fast delivery service.

Yes. We ship Australia wide.

BFX ships to all countries. Please specify this at checkout in the ‘order comments’ box and we will contact you to organise your shipment.

Yes with certain products. You can pick up from our warehouse in our showrooms. Please enquire with one of our friendly consultants before purchasing.

Shipping will be organised once payment has been received. Depending on your location, and the items and shipping method, the shipping will vary. 

BFX will always work with you to meet any specific requirements you may have. If you require a specific date for delivery, please specify this at checkout in the ‘order comments’ box and we will contact you to organise your delivery.

BFX will contact you to notify you of the day of delivery.

Shipments, installations and pick-up will be made on weekdays during business hours, public holidays excluded. It is important that someone be available during those times to accept/sign for the delivery.

It is important that someone will be available at the delivery address in order to sign for and accept delivery of your furniture. Please contact us if you think you might not be available at the time of your delivery, so that we can reschedule.

Yes. We are happy for you to use your own courier, however it is advisable to be aware of the size and weight of your delivery as many of our products are best delivered via qualified office furniture freighters.

We like to keep our customers happy and accommodate their requests where possible. If you require your item by a specific date, please specify this at checkout in the ‘order comments’ box and we will contact you to organize your delivery.

The vast majority of BFX products come fully assembled and ready to use. A small selection of our products are flat packed for you to assemble with detailed instructions. Our flat packed products require some assembly which require basic tools and technical skill.
