If you pay by credit card the confirmation is instantaneous. Direct Deposit, requires a BFX Consultant to check the payment is received. This can take up to 72 hours depending on the date you paid.
Yes. BFX accepts Direct Deposits. Please choose this option at the Checkout page and bank details and postal address will be displayed. You will also find these details on your order confirmation.

Usually within 24 hours if your order being placed, depending on financial institutions.
Unfortunately, once you have completed and submitted your order you cannot cancel or change it online. To make any changes please contact support@bfx.com.au.
A hard copy tax invoice will come with your shipment. If you do not receive your tax invoice or if you require a further copy, please email your request to support@bfx.com.au.

If you have a website Account, your products that you have added to your cart will be saved until you remove them. If you are just visiting the website as a guest and have not set up an account yet, your products that you have added to your cart will be saved to your cart for up to 4 hours.
Yes. Please come and see one of our qualified consultants to discuss and plan your space and walk you through the quality products we offer. You can then purchase at a BFX showroom or online.
No. Unfortunately, as with the majority of online retailers, we do not offer lay-by nor can we hold an item for you.

Faulty products must be reported within 7 days of receipt
BFX products are guaranteed for the stated period shown on the product detail page, against faulty workmanship and/or raw materials for normal use. Please see our Warranty Terms and Conditions.
