BFX Furniture manufactures and delivers multiple orders for our customers across Australia every day. We apply strict quality control measures to ensure each piece of furniture meets quality assurance requirements but, on occasion, issues outside our control can arise.
When that happens, BFX customers have the benefit of our comprehensive warranty, the terms of which you can review here:
If you have received BFX product that has been damaged in transit or has developed a fault you think is covered by our warranty, please complete the Service Request Form detailing the issue. This will create a ticket with our Customer Service department who will contact you within two business days.
